Signing in
On the TestCollab sign-in page, select Login with single sign-on (SSO) instead.
Enter your work email and select Continue.
TestCollab redirects you to Microsoft to sign in. If you already have a Microsoft session open, you go straight through.
You land in TestCollab.
The first time you sign in
If your administrator has turned on automatic account creation and your email is on an allowed domain, your TestCollab account is created for you. Your name comes across from your Microsoft profile, so there is nothing to fill in. If you had already been invited, that invitation is completed by signing in - you do not need to open the invitation email as well.
If you can't sign in
What you see | What it means |
Your Microsoft Entra account is not assigned to this TestCollab application or any mapped Entra group. | You have not been given access in your directory or the application yet. Ask your administrator to assign you. |
Your account has been removed from this organization. | Your access has been withdrawn. Ask your administrator if this was expected. |
Your single sign-on session is no longer valid. Please sign in again. | Your organisation's sign-in settings changed while you were working. Sign in again to continue. |
Your organization does not have SSO enabled! | Single sign-on has not been turned on for your company. Use your email and password, or ask your administrator. |
In every case, your administrator can fix this from your directory or from TestCollab settings.
