Who does this: the TestCollab administrator (the company account owner).
Before you start, get the Directory (tenant) ID, Application (client) ID, and client secret from your Entra administrator - see Register TestCollab in Microsoft Entra ID.
Open the single sign-on page
Make sure you are signed in as a super administrator of the TestCollab company that is on Enterprise plan.
In TestCollab, open Enterprise → Single Sign On from the left menu, then select the Microsoft Entra ID card.
One provider at a time. If Okta is enabled, TestCollab shows a note and keeps the Entra switch locked until you disable Okta. This keeps sign-in predictable for everyone in your company.
Fill in the form

All users must use Entra authentication | Tick this if everyone should sign in through Entra only. Email-and-password sign-in stops working for your company. |
Directory (tenant) ID | The tenant ID from your Entra administrator. |
Application (client) ID | The client ID from your Entra administrator. |
Application client secret | The secret Value from your Entra administrator. |
Redirect URI | Read-only. Copy this and give it to your Entra administrator to register. |
Automatically create accounts on first sign-in | Turn on if people from your own email domains should get a TestCollab account the first time they sign in, without an invitation. |
Allowed email domains | The domains allowed to create accounts that way, separated by commas - for example contoso.com, contoso.onmicrosoft.com. |
Select Save. TestCollab checks the details with Microsoft as you save, so a typo is caught right away rather than at someone's first sign-in.
A note on making sign-in mandatory
All users must use Entra authentication is the setting that makes your directory the only way in. With it on, everyone in your company signs in through Entra, so the protections you have set there - multi-factor authentication, conditional access, sign-in rules - apply to every TestCollab session.
We recommend turning it on once you have confirmed that sign-in works for a few people.
