Process for getting your password reset is simple and straightforward. On login page use Forgot password link and you will be asked to provide the email address you use to login to your TestCollab instance.

Once the forgot password form is submitted with a valid email address, you would receive an email, with the link to reset password that can then be used to reset your password to a new one.
